黃曼子，湖南師范大學(xué)教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，國家優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者，湖南省杰出青年基金獲得者，湖南省青年骨干教師。湖南省數(shù)學(xué)會常務(wù)理事，湖南師范大學(xué)湖南省重點學(xué)科數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科分析方向帶頭人。近年來主持國家自然科學(xué)基金5項以及湖南省杰出青年基金項。研究領(lǐng)域主要為擬共形映射，幾何函數(shù)論，幾何測度論以及Gromov雙曲理論，在國際著名數(shù)學(xué)期刊Adv.Math、Math.Ann、Math.Zeit、Cv.PDE等上發(fā)表論文40余篇。
報告摘要:
In this talk, I will talk about our recent work. Our recent works improved geometric characterization of Gromov hyperbolicity. More precisely, our works clean up the relationship between the two geometric conditions, ball separation condition and Gehring- Hayman inequality, solved affirmatively the conjecture rasied by Balogh-Buckley [Invent. Math.2003]。Meanwhile, we develop an elementary measure-independent approach to establish the geometric characterization of Gromov hyperbolicity for general proper Euclidean subdomains, which addresses a conjecture of Bonk-Heinonen-Koskela[Asterisque 2001] for unbounded Euclidean subdomain。
